Media in a Changing World Grant Program is dedicated to promoting just and inclusive journalism, recognizing that accurate and compelling media plays a crucial role in informing, engaging, and activating individuals and communities in democratic processes.
The Foundation for Democracy and Liberal Values (FDLV) supports work in three primary areas:

- New Media Technologies/Innovations that enhance content distribution, media management, and financial sustainability.
- Creative and Impactful Standalone Projects aimed at audiences both inside and outside Russia.
